With rising interest rates and market shifts, we have had people ask us seriously: Are you OK? Our business wasn’t without its challenges and slowdowns. In 2023, an astounding 99% of our business came from referrals from friends, past customers, and other Realtors. Your trust in our team and your willingness to recommend us to others has been the cornerstone of our business, and we deeply appreciate your ongoing support.

What's more, 36% of our business last year came from our past clients, who have bought and sold multiple homes with us. Some of these folks have been with us for over 18 years! This statistic is a testament to the relationships we've built over the years and the level of service we strive to provide to each one of our clients. We promise that our relationship doesn’t end at closing, and work hard to keep providing relevant information, value and… fun.
